Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to receive a full refund (less shipping).  Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.

You must have an authorized RMA number from Creative Riders.  Items returned without an authorized RMA number will not be eligible for a refund, repair or exchange. 

For an item to be eligible for a full refund your item must be un-opened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be in the original packaging.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, as well as the reason for return. 

Opened and used products can only be returned for repair or exchange at the discretion of Creative Riders.

At Creative Riders discretion we may agree to allow a refund for an opened or used item. All opened used products will incur a 20% restock fee if approved for a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
